aussieexotics.com (More information in above link) Glenn Ridge presents the Pagani Zonda Hairdresser spec version on Australia’s The Car Show, with Adam Kaplan. It’s great how he compares the torque to a Holden Astra :\

He seems to speak with good confidence and seems to have a good interest in what his talking about, certainly speaks better than a lot of other Australian car presenters.

I think even though he didn’t mention perhaps the point was that the two were so different in torque despite the weight being the same, perhaps the hidden message being that you couldn’t just plonk the astra in 6th and cruise about all day.

After watching ‘Sale Of The Century’ episodes from the 1990s, Glenn Ridge has aged heaps. But that was pretty stupid how he could ever compare the Zonda to a crappy little Astra though!

you, sir, are a funny person. good call.
he actually designed it when he was 12, but the blue prints in the garbage bin idea was a far funnier way of putting it. well done.

Then Mr.Pagani found some Blue Prints in the garbage bin and decided to make the Zonda. J/K. I’ve never wasted time gazzing at cars, but the Zonda F and Benz 300SL are beautiful cars.

I live in Southern California, and some roads aren’t much better. And, yes, they are making a 1200HP Veyron and they are also making a Convertible version.

I don’t like how the Veyron looks and it ***** in the corner. I saw one race where a regular Mitsubishi Evo X beat it around a track. Additionally, the Pagani is a work of art. It is beautiful. It sounds godly. It’s my favorite car.

But I respect you for having your opinions, and I agree, Veyron isn’t the world’s fastest car.

14 JARHEADdog 07.26.09 at 7:32 am

whats so lame about veyron,u can call veyron what ever u want it smokes pagani thats all that metters
besides there are bunch of cars out there that kill veyron and pagani all together
like ccxr and ford gt1000 and new porshe GT thats coming out in 2009

Veyron = Lame
Zonda = Beautiful

no actually, its true. Mr. Pagani started sweeping the floor at Lambo, he then moved on to material work, i am fairly sure.
