its using spark plugs…. which has nothing to do with the oil… the reason it is shooting flames is because the guy is retarding his carburetor and shooting the excess gas out the exhaust when he releases the throttle

or just get a carb retarder kit with spark plugs… lol ive never heard of using propane thats just stupid.
